About us
CRAFT Recruitment is a recruitment project in the Czech Republic that helps candidates find jobs and companies find suitable employees.
We focus primarily on positions in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, food production and other operational areas. Our goal is to make the process of finding work and hiring employees clear, transparent and as straightforward as possible for both sides.
We do more than simply publish job vacancies. Before offering a position to a candidate, we clarify the key conditions, requirements, workplace, schedule, salary and employment arrangement.
For employers, we recruit candidates for specific staffing needs rather than simply forwarding random CVs.
How we work
For employers
We search for and pre-screen candidates according to the specific position, requirements, workplace and planned start date.
Together with our partners
Depending on the position, employment may be arranged directly with the employer or through a partner employment agency. CRAFT Recruitment is responsible for recruitment and communication with candidates within the agreed cooperation model.
Our approach
We aim to present job opportunities as they really are — without unnecessary promises or hidden conditions.
We want candidates to understand the essential details before applying: where the job is located, the salary, working schedule, requirements and whether accommodation is provided.
Employers, in turn, should have a clear overview of the recruitment process and the candidates available.
International candidates
We also work with candidates from Ukraine and other countries outside the European Union.
During recruitment, we take into account the individual candidate’s situation and the requirements of the vacancy. If employment requires the involvement of a partner agency or additional administrative arrangements, the next steps are agreed individually.
