Practical information about what happens to the data you submit in a job application.
1. Data you provide
Your name, phone number, city of residence, and information about the work you want. You may also provide an email address, preferred city, and CV. We also process information you choose to share during later communication.
2. Why we need it
We use the data to process your application, contact you, and assess suitable vacancies. Required fields are necessary for us to consider the application.
3. Other suitable vacancies
After the first contact, we may also use your contact details to offer other suitable work. You can tell us at any time that you do not want to receive further offers.
4. Who may receive the data
Only as necessary: potential employers, partner companies involved in processing the application, essential technical providers, and public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
5. Retention period
We keep the data while processing the application and possibly offering other suitable work, generally for no more than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless longer retention is required by law or to protect legal claims.
6. How to stop processing or exercise your rights
